Mike was very polite, friendly, patient with my questions, and extremely helpful, especially in setting up the OnStar and Google options in my GMC Sierra. He sent me detailed information on the new vehicle and responded promptly to my text messages when I had questions. Campbell in finance was also great in explaining the paperwork being filled out and thanks to Mark for having the paperwork ready for us, even when he couldn't be there.
